  1. Wodrocket says open registration begins at 5pm 11/17. That is conflicting with what you say. So can I register at 5 or do I wait until 12am? I will be working so I am trying to figure out how and when to take a break to register. Also I do not want to register early and be banned. Help!

    1. Be ready to register right at 5pm PST today, 11/28! You can find the link on the NCM page of this website and we will also post it all over social media today.
      Good luck!

    1. Registration will re-open to the public on 11/28 (today) at 5pm PST. The link is on the NCM page of this site and will be all over the site and Facebook in a bit.

  2. I found out yesterday I have a torn ACL so I’m looking for someone to take my spot. I’m registered for the women’s 45-49 category. Very bummed. Let me know if anyone is interested.

  3. Last year I came down early with a friend who was volunteering and I got to help out as well. I had a blast. Can I officially sign up to volunteer this year?

  4. I’d love to be a spectator on Sunday, January 31. How much does it cost to get in? What time does the comp start on Sunday?

  5. Hello again. I’m all registered! Curious if participants will be emailed work outs or how we will find out details. So excited. Thanks for opening this up to the 35-39ers.

  6. I have to say THANK YOU to everyone who sponsored, judged, kept restrooms clean, cheered us on, thought up the FANTASTIC workouts and everything else that went into this competition. This is the first NorCal I have done and not my last. It is hard coded for me now as the experience was that good. I am so grateful to my buddy Marilou who told me to join her there and do it! Thank you again. What a weekend! See you next year!
